MediFlag accepts returns within 15 days from the date of purchase. To return MediFlag products, please package all booklets and return them in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the following location:

Please include a letter specifying the reason for the return. Booklets that appeared to have been used will not be accepted for return.

MediFlag will not provide a refund of the original shipping costs or the cost to return items to MediFlag.
